Itunes stucked

When I connect my Ipad the Itunes get stuck. Can somebody help?

iPad Air, iOS 8.1.3, Itunes 12.1.1

I apologize, I'm a bit unclear on exactly what you mean. If you mean that your iPad isn't recognized when you connect it to iTunes on your Windows machine, you may find the troubleshooting steps outlined in the following article helpful:

On the other hand, if you mean that iTunes itself stops responding, then this article may be more useful:
