Videos no longer sharing

My son can't view movies. He gets an error message saying the movies are no longer shared and he must buy. I purchased them, have him as a family member, sharing is on on both of our devices. It was working and just stopped. What should I do?

There are a few things that you can try to get your shared content to show up on your son’s device. Some options are obvious like making sure that you are signed in the right accounts and then you have sign out of the account and sign back in and download a free app to establish the connection again.
