The issue may come from the videos not having the right resolution to be viewed on your iPhone. Typically if there is an issue with that you would get an error. I would try out the step in the article below and create a new version for iPhone. To get them off your iPhone, change the settings in iTunes to not sync those videos.

Feb 21, 2015 6:56 AM in response to foxbytemeby foxbyteme,Thanks for responding, Norm. There are 2 pieces of information I neglected to include. (1) I converted all the videos to MP4 before I tried to put them on the phone, and (2) The videos play fine on my iPad. Any thoughts?
