Q: I am getting a "hourly limit reached" on my iPhoto app when using the "Shared iCloud" option.  Why?

When I use the "Shared" iCloud account in iPhotos I am getting a message in the upper right hand corner that I have "hourly limit reached" (see below).  So my photo stream is not updating with new pictures from my devices.  What can I do to resolve this issue.
