Can't view support cases

So I went to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ then https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action


I submitted a support request for Purchases, Billing, and Redemption. Chose the Email option (the only option provided), typed in all fields and pressed continue. I never received an email confirming that Apple received my Support Request, and when I go to review the cases on my account I get...

I realize that support can take up to 48 hours to reply, and it's been a little over 24-hours. However I asked some friends and they say whenever they submit a Support Request they receive an email not long after informing them that they'd be contacted within 48-hours.

I'm worried that my Support Request didn't go through? I tried to submit a 2nd report just to make sure it wasn't a glitch for a specific time of day, however it is still the same...

There seems to be some anomalies happening with some server apps lately - one report was of Live Chat failing with an Apache Error - much less elegant than the error you posted. That said, the advice given in your error message is as good as it gets, I'm afraid. As we are just users like you, we can't see behind the curtain either.
