Can't view support cases

I submitted a support request for Purchases, Billing, and Redemption. Chose the Email option (the only option provided), typed in all fields and pressed continue. I never received an email confirming that Apple received my Support Request, and when I go to review the cases on my account I get...

I realize that support can take up to 48 hours to reply, and it's been a little over 24-hours. However I asked some friends and they say whenever they submit a Support Request they receive an email not long after informing them that they'd be contacted within 48-hours.

I'm worried that my Support Request didn't go through? I tried to submit a 2nd report just to make sure it wasn't a glitch for a specific time of day, however it is still the same...
