Q: Adult vs Child in Family Share

It will be hard for me to tell you why but if you made an Apple ID for child before Family Sharing then the age is probably not set properly. For Apple ID for a child, once the date is set it cannot be changed to proper date. Take a look at the article below for more information or let me know if you need anything else.
