I have tried deleting ringtone app and reinstalling it but got the same results. When I try to sync my ringtones I get this Message (The Iphone could not be synced because this computer is no longer authorized for purchased items that are on this Iphone.

I understand that you are trying to sync your Tones with iTunes but are receiving a messages that says purchases are no longer authorized. In this situation, I would recommend reading over and working through the attached article to make sure all accounts and settings are correct.

I had to restore my computer now it says ringtones could not be synced because PC is no longer authorized for purchases on iphone and have authorizied it. by Daniel V.
