Hey,


Can you please elaborate on the symptoms?


From your report it doesn't look like you're low on RAM...

Other options are - some process is choking your CPU, or you're running low on disk space.

Another less plausible option is that your hard-drive is corrupted/defected.


Try looking in the "Activity Monitor" (LaunchPad --> Other or through Spotlight) - arrange by CPU consumption to find suspects.

Please describe in detail what you mean by slow.

Was it slow before you upgrade the memory?

Did the manufacturer say the memory would work with yur Mac? I ask becase this

say you need

- PC3-12800 DDR3 1600 MHz type RAM

but the list says you have

4 GB DDR3 1067 MHz ok

Slower memory can slow the Mac more that the decreased speed would indicate
