I preordered Mockingjay part 1 and it will not let me have it ,it says I don't have enough money it's paied for I want my movie
You are not billed for the pre-order until it is released. So, it is trying to bill it now, and apparently you do not have enough funds to cover it....

I got a notification saying I could download it and yes I did pay for it I know what I did when I preordered the **** thing don't tell me what I did or didn't do The digital copy came out 17th of this month which is when I received the noticfication in my email

No need to talk to me like I'm stupid and don't know what I'm talking about .I'm beyond frustrated at the poor customer support this is not the first time I-Tunes has screwed me over.I want my movie I paied for it when I preordered it you can believe it not believe it but I do not lie.And I repeat for the 3rd time I already did that when I preorded it why else would I have gotten a notification saying I could download it on the 17th DUH

Did you click on the link for what to do if a billing issue prevents your order from automatically downloading? If not, I would suggest that you do that next.

Yes and it did not work the movie isn't not showing up where it's supposed to download it I'm sorry but I'm frustrated I shouldn't have to pay for something I've already paied for
