Siri for deaf people?

I Don't know if you already have something like this active or is i. The works but does or have apple considerd using Siri as an accesibilty option for deaf people? For example for communication between a deaf and non deaf person who doesn't know sign language siri. Could communicate by the deaf person typing text, Siri converts text to audible then no deaf person replies verbally Siri captures verbal audible response and converts to textt (which it already does) for the deaf person to read and so on. I know it's basically already possible via switching from Siri to a text app or just communicating via text but I think the thought of connecting deaf people to non deaf people via Siri is an exciting thought as it already is half way there.

You can already enable the option to have text to speech.

Settings > General >Accessibility > enable 'Speak selection', now when you press & hold on selected text it will present the option to speak it.

I suspect it would be even better if it could be added to the 'accessibility shortcut' so a triple click of the home button would speak the selected text. You should also search the iTunes store, some apps already do this…
