Garageband was not able to install

I recently did an HDD upgrade, and clean install of Yosemite and most all my software I now use. All has gone great, only loaded the programs I need, and the Macbook runs fast as new. But, the other day I opened Garage band. It said it was gonna down load some items for up. But, they are unable to install, as I always get "Garageband was not able to install the new sounds". I've tried over, and over. I can't download any of my free guitar lessons, or the Artist lessons I purchased too. No luck. Any help???
