I hung up on facetime and also backed up my icloud to see it it resolved anything but it didnt.
i downloaded a zip file and got it into my itunes perfectly but it wont let me add it to my phone.

I understand that you are trying to drag an album from iTunes onto your iPhone, but it is not working as expected. If you are not able to manually manage songs and/or videos the way you would expect, please read over the attached article and verify that iTunes is set up to sync this way.
