After manually erasing things that was malware (yes stupid enough to install it), I believe i erased the drivers for iSight.
Can i DL the drivers and install them separately?
Or does the 10.10.2 Combo do the trick?
Or which files are mandatry?

Not sure if this is of any use to you, seems as though the combo update worked on this occasion.

trev is right. 10.10.2 Combo is the best and easiest way to do it.
I suggest you restart Mac, repair disk permissions, then download and install the Combo. Repair permissions again immediately following the restart that completes the Combo Update.
