I received an e-mail in my junk folder in AOL, claiming to to be from iTunes, saying that after the 30th March I will no longer be able to sign into my Apple account using AOL. Is this correct, or is this a Spam?
I never heard of that. Did it include a link to click on? Did you click on it?
Can you post the headers from that email? That will help determine if it really came from iTunes
Since it also went to your SPAM folder it sure sounds like SPAM

I received the same email more than once. When I log in I see no instructions regarding changing as the email states.
You only have to do something if you are using your AOL screen name to log in. If you are using an AOL full email address no action is required.
