Since upgrading to iOS 8.1.3, the app iControlAV5 (or iControlAV2013) has not been able to connect to my Pionner reciever. Error code B27102 displays.
I've never had a single problem with this in the past prior to 8.1.3. This is definitely an iOS problem ---- Apple please fix this asap!!!

I have the Pioneer vsx-1124 unit with the AS-WL 300 wi-fi unit. Since up grading to iOS 10.1.1 the iControlAV 5 has generated the B27102 error message. After exhausting all efforts I am now using a router extender, instead of the AS-WL 300 unit, with a hard line to the vsx-1124. Now both my iPhone and iPad are running the iControlAV 5 perfectly.
I was having this problem. Not sure what started it but I reconfigured the system using the initial startup app on iPhone. Followed instructions carefully. I have three VSX Tuners and seems to be working fine now.
don't believe that apple have access to pioneers source code so your issue will likely last until pioneer release an updated version of the app
you can check app store if they have done so already
