I Forgot answers to my security questions and there is no "reset security questions" in "manage my Apple ID" and my country is not listed in "apple support" what do I do???
Try contacting Support via this form and explain and see what they reply with (tell them that you don't have a rescue email address on your account and your country isn't on the HT5699 page) : https://ssl.apple.com/emea/support/itunes/contact.html
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use : Manage your Apple ID primary, rescue, alternate, and notification email addresses
