we have a mac 9.1 with a 4 GB memory that we want to upgrade but before we do e need to run a full back up, it has mac OS 10.5.8 and has until now been running really well. Which back up do you recomend the time machine or time capsule please?

Get carbon copy cloner to make an exact copy of your old HD to the New one...
