ios is wasting my mobile data documents&sync

I disabled already everything on my IOS devices ( background activiy, iTunes, most of the apps, icloud drive and more. But I have on 3 different iPhones 4S and 5S

up to 1 GB mobile data usage in Documents&sync. Special traffic monitor tool shows permanent data usage of about 30MB per day on all devices.

Any ideas? Thanks Christian

raised that question in iPhone section again. Only my iPhone 5s has this issue. All other devices have normal data usage again after switch off automatic time zone setting.
