Where is the dashboard Widgets folder located in Yosemite?

I am trying to get permanent widgets on Yosemite desktop by using Widget Runner. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate the Dashboard Widgets folder in Yosemite. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

MacBook Air, OS X Mavericks (10.9.2)

The apple support website is full of articles who answer most questions:

for you question: Mac OS X 10.4.2 or later: Installing and removing Dashboard widgets - Apple Support

Tip: Wondering where your installed widgets reside? Find them in either:

  • The /Library/Widgets folder (for all users; these are usually Apple-installed ones that you shouldn't remove), or
  • An individual user's ~/Library/Widgets folder—the tilde (~) represents your Home folder.

If they're anywhere else, they won't appear in Dashboard or the Widget Bar.
