I am trying to get permanent widgets on Yosemite desktop by using Widget Runner. Unfortunately, I can't seem to locate the Dashboard Widgets folder in Yosemite. I would appreciate any help you can give. Thanks.

The apple support website is full of articles who answer most questions:

Tip: Wondering where your installed widgets reside? Find them in either:
- The /Library/Widgets folder (for all users; these are usually Apple-installed ones that you shouldn't remove), or
- An individual user's ~/Library/Widgets folder—the tilde (~) represents your Home folder.
If they're anywhere else, they won't appear in Dashboard or the Widget Bar.
