Reset your device: hold down the home button along with the sleep/wake button until the screen goes black and you see the Apple, then let go. (No data loss)

Feb 20, 2015 7:51 AM in response to AmishCakeby MsHumphrey85,Ok, did what ya said and when I place calls and receive calls they can hear me now but only when its on speaker phone...... they still cant hear me when speaker phone is off.... how can I fix this? I reset and erased all settings yesterday and then restored from backup but the problem wasnt solved..... when I uploaded the iOS 8.1.3 software it asked can iOS access your microphone and I accidentally hit no....I have looked through my phone everywhere....is there anyway I can allow the iOS to access my microphone?
