I just recently updated my Mac Air to Yosemite, not because i wanted to, but because it forced me to do it in order to use Pages and other apps. Now that i want to work on a document in pages I cant find how to switch the language to spanish on pages. It used to be on the format>more>Languages but now its gone....
Any help???? I work allot in both languages and i cant believe it got removed....

Menu > Edit > Spelling and Grammar > Show Spelling and Grammar > Automatic by Language (at foot) > Español
In Pages '09 it is under Inspector > Text > More > Language which you still can use.

Is there a way to do it system-wide in Yosemite, since I type in English and French (and sometimes Italian) in Mail, Pages, Messages, Skype....

Aha! Thank you - and then I select "Spelling: Automatic by language".
Done!
Spellcheck on different languages...?????
