Q: One day I was checking out my mails, then everytime I touch the screen to open apps it wouldn't response. Then lines start to appear they're like verticals and it seems that the phone hungs but when I touch the hard keys it response.

  One day I was checking out my mails, then suddenly it seems like the phone hungs up. Everytime I touch the screen to open apps it wouldn't response. Then later I saw lines (vertical) appearing on the screen. The next day it was okay I thought it's just a little problem but later it happened again, I restarted it a few times.It keeps on happening but when I touch hard keys it responses.
