OS X boot loading bar lower left hand corner?

Running10.10.2 on my Mac Pro 3,1. When booting into Yosemite, I get a white background, black Apple logo, and below that a boot loading bar. The bar progresses to about half way, then the screen goes black. The boot loading bar then appears in the lower left hand corner where it finishes and the login screen appears.

Just out of curiosity, is it supposed to do this? I've also read of Yosemite booting with a black screen, white logo whereas mine is the opposite.

2008 Mac Pro 2.8 GHz 8 core, Mac OS X (10.6.1), Also have a G4 MDD 1.25DP

Thanks for the reply Eric. For all intents and purposes though, the computer boots fine. It starts up, and goes straight to the log in page. I was merely curious as to why the boot loading bar goes from the center of a white screen to the lower left hand corner of a black screen once it reaches about 50%. Odd isn't it?
