Can't find com.apple.audiounits.cache

I'm on a MacBook Air running 10.10.2. I'm using GarageBand 10.0.3 and the latest release of EZDrummer 2.

My problem is EZDrummer 2 is running sporadically. It'll work fine sometimes and then other times, no sound. Talking to Toontrack support, they want me to delete the com.apple.audiounits.cache file. My problem is that I can't find it. I've tried using Spotlight and running a find command from the Terminal window. I understand that my homedir/Library folder is hidden; I did find the folder.

The closest I could find is: ./Users/homedir/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.sandboxed.cache

Any idea where my com.apple.audiounits.cache file could be?

Thanks,

Leon

Try to remove

~/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.cache

or

~/Library/Caches/AudioUnitCache/com.apple.audiounits.sandboxed.cache

from your hidden user library.

You may want to search with the ultimate search tool "Find Any File".

You can download it here.

http://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/index.htmlhttp://apps.tempel.org/FindAnyFile/index.php

It is "Donation Ware".The Trial is free. If you like it, pay what you think is adequate.

Find Any File will search areas of your Mac, that Spotlight and Finder search will exclude.
