I have recently received an email saying that I have recently contacted AppleCare telephone supprt but I have not. Should I be worried?

I have recently received an email saying that I have recently contacted AppleCare telephone supprt but I have not. Should I be worried? Does this mean whoever contacted has my information? Someone please help

With all due respect to my friend gail from maine, this is a phishing attempt. These are the Apple docs regarding the subject - which also would apply to SMS/MMS messages as well
