How do you erase updates that you never added in first place?

My computer has been compromised for sure. Updates have been added that I never added (remote desktop client) and I would appreciate any help since this person has taken super control and limited my access to things like file sharing so I can't even unclick the checked box.

iMac, OS X Mavericks (10.9.5)

The remote desktop client is installed on all Mac computers out of the box. It is not optional. The software update that appeared recently was only an upgrade to the client from 3.7 to 3.8. It does not provide any access to your computer unless you have configured it to in the remote management checkbox area of the Sharing pane in System Preferences.

If you cannot disable file sharing by unchecking the box in the Sharing pane then you may need to unlock the pane by clicking on the lock in the bottom left first, then unchecking the sharing box.
