Bluetooth loses signal and will not re-connect

I occasional go out of range with my Bluetooth and lose connectivity. When I am back in range my Bluetooth will not reconnect and I have to manually turn off Bluetooth in settings and switch my Platronics M 50 off then turn both back on to pair the device.

A second issue is that if I manually hang up the phone call my ITunes begins to play the next song. I use a 6+ software is up to date. I have tried the network re-set and it is still having problems.
