Does the iPod 5th generation have both cameras?

I'm interested in purchasing one, but I need to know whether it contains both cameras. Also, is it possible to turn an iPod 4th generation in for the 5th generation?

iPod touch (4th generation), iOS 6.1.6

1. Yes, except for the 2013 16GB models.

2. You'll probably need to pay more to do this; Apple won't give you more than 10% off the price of a new one.
