Today there an update to the Itunes 12, evry time I get into the Store, a Window notification shows ip indicating an error with the I tunes and abrubtly close the iTunes. Does anyone have the same problem?

Today there was an update to the Itunes to iTunes 12, now, every time I get into the Store, a Window notification shows up indicating an error with the I tunes abrubtly closed the iTunes. Does anyone have the same problem?

iPhone 6 Plus, iOS 8.1.3

Howdy orocovis,


It sounds like you have updated iTunes when you were prompted with an update, and now your iTunes application quits whenever you try to use the iTunes Store. I recommend using the following article to help you troubleshoot iTunes, named:


iTunes for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8: Fix unexpected quits or launch issues
