In GarageBand 2.0 just scroll the "Share" panel upward - there is a second row hidden above the "Cancel" button with further sharing option "iTunes", "Ringtone", etc.

On mobile devices with iOS you can only export as AAC or AIFF when you share your song from GarageBand. Even GarageBand on the Mac lets you only bounce the song as AAC, AIFF, or MP3 audio file.
