Feb 22, 2015 9:31 AMby turingtest2,Delete the folder C:\iTunes\iTunes.Resources\nl.lproj and then try again.
Or delete the folder C:\iTunes\iTunes.Resources and try once more.
If it still won't install, or there are other issues, see Troubleshooting issues with iTunes for Windows updates.
