Can anyone help me recover my daughter's MacBook Air?
K9Macoptimiser had installed itself on her device.
i downloaded the free version of AVG. It immediately identified 12 threats and deleted the files but when I went to run a scan the whole system froze.
i have attempted to reboot the device but I just get the apple screen with the spinning timer?
