I've downloaded the Kodak app and can print photos from my iPad to my Kodak Esp Printer, but having trouble printing documents from Pages and emails. it's asking to connect to an air printer. Does anyone know how I can connect my iPad or iPhone to my Kodak printer?

Kodak doesn't make any AirPrint compatible printers so you will have to continue to use their app, install an AirPrint server, or use a 3rd party application to print via your computer to the printer.
Look into your printer's specs and the Kodak site. They do support printing via google docs for some models. I used Print N Share for my iPad when I used a Kodak printer and it worked just fine.
