Hi Sarah,

Please see below images of how to reset various Airport Expresses. I am slightly confused about your post, so I am posting 3 images. 2 of Airport Expresses and one of an Airport Extreme. Hope this helps!

To add to LouieB106's reply, you have three choices for the types of resets you can apply to your AirPort Express base station. However, he didn't actually tell you how to perform the reset other than showing you the location(s) of the reset button.
