Nike+ Fuel / Health App Data Source Issue

My Nike+ Fuel app will not stay active as a Shared Data source in the Health App. It worked fine up until yesterday (2/20). Now every time I select it as a source it goes back to inactive and is grayed out. Any thoughts on how to get it working again or what happened?
