Q: My keyboard is unresponsive when trying to sign in with my passcode...why?

Hi all. Trying to get on my IPad this morning and when I slide the wallpaper picture to get to the keyboard the keyboard acts like it is locked? I cannot sign in. What is going on? Thanks for anythoughts.

Hello Redragonfly,

If you can't see the onscreen keyboard on your iPad, restart the device. If you were previously using a wireless keyboard with your iPad, turn bluetooth off to troubleshoot.
