Performed factory reset on airport express, broke now.

Performed a reset to factory defaults from the airport utility on an airport express. Now when the the units is powered on it has a solid green light for 5 sec, then solid amber for about 60 sec, then slow flashing amber from then on. I have tried all reset option with no luck as well as all i can find online. Any ideas?

Just to be sure, I would suggest that you perform a "factory default" reset by physically using the reset button on the base station. Note that you may have to perform this reset a few times to get it to "stick." If after doing so, you still cannot get the base station to initialize, it may just be defective.
