Incomplete screen redraw Mac Pro 2013

I'm seeing this an awful lot now. New graphics card installed. My screen doesn't redraw properly. I've only started taking snapshots of it now, but it happens a few times a week. Sometimes it's the upper left quarter of the screen, other times, it's the right part of the screen (see attached).

Wondering if it could be the card or the RAM or something else?
