My ipod touch 4 won't turn on and when I plug it in, my computer does not recognize it and instead it gets hot. What could be the problem?
I have an iPod Touch 4th generation and It is completely off, it won't turn on at all and when I plug it into the computer my PC does not recognize the ipod. Also when I plug it in, it gets hot.. What are possible solutions?
