A icon appears on my screen every 2 minutes asking me to type my passwprd for my icloud account. I have changed my email for itunes and password. I tried both passwords my old and new but it says wrong password. Help??????!

Okay so, on my ipod 5th generation, i get a icon every 2 minutes or even shorter saying that i need to type in my icloud password. Since then i have changed both my email and my password. My old email still stays with the icloud icon. I have tried both passwords and it says to both that they are incorrect . When i press cancel, the icon just comes back again. I really want to get rid of this. It just wont let me. It also says it is not verified but when it tells me to check my email the email its supposed to send never made it to my email. Help please!?

Hello Jbug0409,

Welcome to Apple Support Communities.

It sounds like you’re running into an Apple ID password issue on your iPod touch, and you’ve created another account which you weren’t able to verify because you didn’t receive the verification email.

Try resetting the Apple ID password for the account that’s already on your iPod touch as shown here:

Also, take a look at this article which provides troubleshooting suggestions that’ll resolve most issues receiving verification emails.

So long,
