Some podcasts won't copy to iPhone 6

When I try to copy podcasts from iTunes (Windows) to my iPhone 6, some copy and others show just a dotted grey circle on the iPhone. Moreover, if a copied Playlist has 4 podcasts copied, and 1 with the grey dotted circle, the Playlist doesn't show up on my iPhone.

Newest iTunes/iOS.

Suggestions?
