Quite simply, Yosemite does not support any type of WDS settings.

was wondering the same thing.  just called apple.  if you're doing this to use the ethernet port on your express for internet you don't have to set up a wds anymore.  yosemite airport utility automatically configures it to work.  i'm going airport extreme wireless to airport express wired to xbox.  no wds.  it just works now.  but i'm pretty sure you still have to use an extreme as your router.  wasn't getting luck with the router from the cable company.
