I have created a book in IPhoto. Each time I go to buy the book it says my address is incorrect. I have triple checked all of my payment and address. Everything is correct. Help.
check the print products country in the iphoto preferences and be sure it is correct - the go to your Apple store account and re-enter 9do not just verify) all iformation
Before ordering your book preview it using this method - http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1040 - and save the resulting PDF for reference - the delivered book will match it.

I have IPhoto version 8.1.2. There is no place in preferences to check print country. I have ordered books before. This is frustrating.

and when you re-entered your info in your Apple Store account? What version of the OS?
BTW - we can not see you so it really helps if you provide critical details like versions and changes since thins worked
