Feb 22, 2015 4:32 AM in response to Philly_Phanby hernandofromwashington,Yes, the movie was purchased from the Itunes Store
Neither the the iphone nor the iPod have been jailbroken
I think the problem may have to do with iTunes 12 not working properly in a Windows 7 environment. When I try to reproduce the movie in my computer, I get a message that says that it must be played back in quicktime, which is incompatible with my version of iTunes!!

Feb 22, 2015 4:31 AM in response to lllaassby hernandofromwashington,Thanks. I had already checked those resources. I think the problem could be related to iTunes 12 not working properly in a Windows 7 environment. I am unable to play back the movie in my computer from iTunes itself. I get a message about quicktime not being compatible with my version of iTunes
