How to buy apps while using family sharing

Hi

Does anyone know how to buy apps using family sharing. I am not the organiser but have money on my apple ID and can't seam to use it .

If you have any ideas I'd love to hear them.

If you are using Family Sharing, then money on your Apple ID doesn't mean anything. Purchases using Family Sharing are all on the organizer and his/her account.
