Q: Camera problem

Every time i turn my camera on to take a photo of something that whole screen goes blurry, I've tried restarting my phone but it hasn't changed, it was working perfectly last night but today when i tried to take a photo of my formal dress it was all blurry?

what do i do to fix this problem ?
