How can I transfer a photo taken on iPhone 5 into Photoshop on my Macbook Pro?

Any information appreciated thanks

Open the Image Capture application, and connect your iPhone. From there you can save it to a folder, that Photoshop can access. In the future please post to the forum relating to your machine or operating system:

Why did I post this in the wrong place?

It concerned iPhone, MacBook Pro, aperture, on photo shop

I can see now that I was in the classic mac os section, but I don't know how. I thought I was posting to iPhone/aperture communities.
