I get the following error message The system extension "/System/library/Extensions/USBExpressCardCantWazke_Huawei.kext" is missing if anyone can help

I get the following error message The system extension "/System/library/Extensions/USBExpressCardCantWazke_Huawei.kext" on my old iMac OS X running 10.6.8 Snow Leopard. I do not know if this is affecting other programmes but now I cant make my Pixma MP450 scanner work either. Can anyone please assist?

iMac, Mac OS X (10.6.8), My Mac has been upgraded to Leopard
