Q: I cannot pair my iPad to any of my Bluetooth enabled devices. Problem started after I had a "reset to factory settings" done.

MMy iPad was running slow, I brought it to a computer store and they said it needed a hard reset. They reset it to factory settings, but now I cannot pair with any of my Bluetooth enabled devices. I've made sure that bluetooth is set to on in settings, and have done a network reset myself. When I try to pair, I make sure the Bluetooth device is in the pairing mode, but the time out wheel never stops turning and the device is never "discovered". What am I missing?

iPad, iOS 8.1.3
