Q: error 2324 Installing iTunes

I got a pop up window saying that a new version of iTunes was available and I clicked to install it.  After a while the installation ended with an error (did not write it down) and said to go to tools and download it it and manually install it.

I tried to open iTunes and I get an error 2324 and it will mot open.

I downloaded iTunes from the Apple web site and I get an tried to install it as an administrator with the Antivirus disabled and get an error 2324 in the Unregistering Modules step.

I tried to follow the steps on Remove and reinstall iTunes and related software components for Windows Vista, Windows 7, or Windows 8 - Apple Support but when I try to uninstall iTunes I get an error 2324.

What should I do?
